It's called Intuitive Eating and this philosophy believes that we are all born with the inner wisdom to eat according to our individual needs. For many people, however, they have become disconnected from knowing what their body needs and have turned to external programs to tell them, often with the goal of weight-loss in mind. When these programs fail, we often blame ourselves, when the program themselves are flawed. If they worked, the diet industry wouldn't be worth $60 billion annually!
